"Never received order, replacement, or refund."

I ordered 1-Testosterone in October/November of 2025 (Order #13963) because it said "in stock". Then I find out it's not in stock so I agreed to wait. Every time I asked for an ETA on the order they'd say something like, "should be on the next shipment". It still says this product is in stock...but it's not. Recently I asked that they replace my order with a similar product (same cost) or issue a refund and now they are completely dark. Do not do business with this company.

"Pretty solid gear so far, honestly"
I’ve been using this for a bit now, and overall I’d say it’s been a good experience. It performs well for what I need, and it has that sturdy, reliable feel to it where you’re not constantly worried it’s going to give out after a few uses. Nothing about it feels overly flimsy or cheap, at least from my time with it so far. I can’t say I’ve put it through anything extreme, but for regular use it’s been holding up nicely and doing exactly what I expected it to do

"I’ve only had these weights for about..."
I’ve only had these weights for about a week and they’re already chipping. I expected them to hold up better, and it’s disappointing. It kind of feels like my concerns wouldn’t really matter much, which just makes the whole thing more frustrating

"I ordered a weight bench and..."
I ordered a weight bench and, the shipping was a mess. The tracking just sat there doing nothing for days like some lazy bum, then the bench showed up later than the date they promised. The box looked like it had been tossed around by a bunch of clowns, but luckily the bench itself was fine. Prices were decent, but the delivery made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I wasn’t in any kind of hurry...

"Support made me hesitant to trust them"
I had a frustrating experience with their customer support. When something goes wrong, I want to know I can get clear help quickly, especially before I put more time or money into a service. In this case, the support felt unhelpful and left me unsure whether I’d feel comfortable relying on them again

"Setup was easy overall"
I ordered this from bigdansfitness.com, and the box arrived in decent shape. Since everything was packed well, all the main parts were there and nothing looked damaged.
Putting it together took a little longer than I expected because I was doing it by myself. The instructions weren’t perfect, but they were clear enough, so I was still able to figure it out without too much trouble.

Once I got it set up, it felt solid and worked like it should. I took off one star because a couple of the bolts were hard to line up, which made the assembly more annoying than it needed to be...

"They saved the day."

I ordered a prohormone stack from these guys a few years ago and it was awesome. I've also referred them to many of my clients and my clients always get amazing results and send me lots of referrals. I don't have to do the selling I just have my clients call customer service and these guys take very good care of my clients.

If you're a trainer or a coach definitely have these guys in your arsenal. If you're a trainer or coach, definitely have these guys in your arsenal. These guys will make you money and reduce the workload of making sure your clients don't use products that work against your plan.


On a personal experience. I recently placed an order and there is some weird stuff that happened with my tracking number with the Post Office. I've had these issues with the Post Office with other companies as well but Big Dan's staff really went the extra mile to make sure my product got to me. I also really like how I can just call a phone number or message them on Instagram and you get a real person. All the guys over there are competitive athletes so you can ask them real questions and they can tell you from experience or the experience of their clients.
